* Take the day to day decision to make the Customers – Logistics Partner
- Schlumberger Supply Chain triangle working efficiently
* Maintain daily metrics defined with the management and publish a monthly report including Key Performance Indicators
* Check on a daily basis that the selected Logistics Partner is working according to the Schlumberger local and global specifications
* Control delivery service; analyze Customers claims and Communicate with the Clients on a regular basis to ascertain the service level provided is coherent with Customer’s request

Joined Schlumberger/OIES and Started as Special Projects Coordinator.
* Global tenders ; AIR, SEA (break-bulk cement) and Express courier shipments
* Logistics supervisor ; field transfers & repairs equipments from and to the Caspian Sea region.

2006:

Schlumberger/IPM, Algeria, Hassi-Messaoud (Sahara); 6 months Internship
Logistics Coordinator for the first integrated management project (MD1) with Sonatrach
* Mapping of Sonatrach logistics. Cost analysis for rig’s materials management & supply. Determined major
windows of improvement
* Rig Move Logistics Supervisor for 3 rigs (TP 169/199/194) – Team Management and reporting. We’ve achieved the performance to complete the move 12 days faster than the last ones;A significant cost savings
of 1.5 M USD was reported.

2005:

* Sales Manager assistant, Morocco/West African Coast. Market analysis and new customers prospect in collaboration with local sales representatives
